Can I use my license on multiple devices?
Yes. Your subscription covers multiple devices. Enter your license key on each device to activate. All devices under one subscription share the same billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Is my data private?
All Workautomate tools are designed with privacy as a priority. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Credentials are encrypted locally.
What platforms are supported?
All tools support Windows 10+ and macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. Both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs are supported.

What is AutoClicker?
AutoClicker is a productivity tool that simulates mouse clicks, keyboard activity, and window switching to keep your computer appearing active. It's designed for remote workers who need to maintain presence during work hours.
Is there a free trial?

What platforms are supported?
AutoClicker is available for Windows 10+ and macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. Both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs are supported.
Is it detectable?
AutoClicker is designed to be discreet. It runs in your system tray/menu bar, uses safe keyboard keys, and simulates human-like behavior patterns. However, we recommend using it responsibly and in compliance with your employer's policies.

What are "safe keys"?
Safe keys are keyboard keys that don't produce visible output or interfere with your work. These include Num Lock, Scroll Lock, and function keys F13-F20.
Why do I need to grant Accessibility permissions on Mac?
macOS requires Accessibility permissions for apps that simulate keyboard and mouse input. This is a security feature. AutoClicker only uses these permissions for its intended functionality.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe customer portal. There are no cancellation fees.
Is my data safe?
AutoClicker only stores your license key for verification. We don't collect or transmit any activity data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What is Emailr?
Emailr is a desktop application that acts as your AI email assistant. It connects to your email accounts via IMAP/SMTP and lets you read, reply, compose, and manage emails using natural language. Just type what you want, and AI handles the rest.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of full access to every feature when you subscribe. No features are locked or limited during the trial. If you decide Emailr is not for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Which email providers are supported?
Emailr supports Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and any email server that supports IMAP/SMTP. You can also connect Microsoft 365 and Exchange accounts through Outlook Classic on Windows.
What is an App Password?
An App Password is a special password generated by your email provider that lets apps access your account without your main password. Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook all support App Passwords. It is more secure than sharing your regular password.
Is my email data safe?
Yes. Emailr runs entirely on your computer. Your emails are fetched directly from your email server to your device. Your credentials are encrypted and stored locally. We never see, store, or have access to your email data.
Does it work offline?
You need an internet connection to fetch emails and use AI features. However, the app itself runs locally on your device. Previously viewed conversation threads are cached locally.
Can I use it for multiple accounts?
Yes. Create separate workspaces for each email account. Each workspace can have its own context and writing tone settings. Switch between accounts with one click in the sidebar.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
All your conversation threads and settings are stored locally on your machine. If you cancel your subscription, your local data remains untouched. Emailr does not store any of your data on external servers.

What is Meeting AI?
Meeting AI is a desktop application that acts as your real-time meeting copilot. It transcribes your meetings locally using OpenAI Whisper, provides AI-powered suggestions during the conversation, and generates post-meeting summaries with action items and key decisions.
How does the free trial work?

What meeting platforms does it support?
Meeting AI works with any application that plays audio through your computer. This includes Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack Huddles, Discord, and any other conferencing tool. No browser extensions or plugins needed.
Is my meeting audio uploaded to the cloud?
No. Audio transcription is handled entirely by the Whisper model running locally on your machine. Your audio never leaves your computer. Only the text transcript is sent to the AI provider for generating suggestions and summaries.
What AI providers are supported?
Meeting AI supports both OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered suggestions and summaries. You provide your own API key in the settings, and you can switch between providers at any time.
Do I need a powerful computer?
Meeting AI works on most modern computers. Minimum: 4 GB RAM, Windows 10 or macOS 12. Recommended: 8 GB RAM and a dedicated GPU for best transcription performance, though CPU-only works fine.
What is the ~500MB download on first launch?
On first launch, Meeting AI downloads the Whisper transcription model (~500MB). This is a one-time download stored locally. No additional downloads needed after initial setup.
Can I use it for in-person meetings?
Yes. Meeting AI captures audio from your microphone, so it works for in-person meetings too. Place your laptop near the conversation for best results, or use an external microphone.
How do I cancel my subscription?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
All meeting transcripts, summaries, and session data are stored locally on your machine. Canceling your subscription does not affect your local data. Meeting AI does not store any meeting data on external servers.
