1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Workautomate's website, software, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Workautomate provides desktop productivity and automation tools available as downloadable software. Our Services may include free trials, paid subscriptions, and related support.

3. Accounts and License Keys

To use our software, you may need to subscribe and receive a license key. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to others without our permission.

Each subscription is intended for use by a single user. Multi-device use is permitted under the same account where supported.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some of our Services are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, your access may be revoked immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our Services are owned by Workautomate and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workautomate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
